Payment & Delivery

We work transparently and clearly. The terms are understandable — with no hidden clauses or surprises after the order.

Payment

First order — full prepayment.
This is a standard condition to start the cooperation. After the first shipment we can discuss individual payment formats.

Cashless payment
After the order is agreed, you receive an invoice. Payment is made to the company’s official bank account.

Documents
Together with the goods we provide the full set of accompanying documents (waybill, act, contract — if needed). Everything is clean and by the book.

Delivery

Throughout Ukraine
We work with Nova Poshta and other trusted services. We ship every day. Pickup from our warehouse is possible (by arrangement).

Timing
Usually shipping is on the next business day after payment. For large volumes or individual picking — we agree separately.

Tracking and control
After shipping you receive a tracking number and the manager’s contacts for prompt communication.

A question is not a problem. If something is unclear or you need a consultation about delivery, logistics or documents — just write to us. We don’t reply with templates, we genuinely respond.
