Return Policy

Octolab carries out returns and exchanges of goods in accordance with the requirements of the law within 14 days from the moment of purchase.

Only new goods that have not been used and show no signs of use can be exchanged or returned: scratches, chips, scuffs or other damage; protective films must not be removed, software must not be modified, etc. The product packaging and its components must be kept intact.

Liquids are not subject to return under any circumstances.

Exchange and return apply only if the customer is registered in the system and a purchase is recorded for them.

Return shipping of goods is carried out at the buyer’s expense.

Refund of the paid funds to the Buyer is made within 7 business days from the day following the day the Buyer submits the request and we receive the returned goods, whichever date comes later.
